My career is in education as a teacher, a leader in schools, managing state-wide services and developing international government systems. In developing countries, I identified ways to enhance the capacity of individuals in key leadership roles and their organisation.

 

Each person is unique; their life experience, skills, and personality, all shape who they are what they want to achieve. Life is not always smooth sailing but there is help available to plan and overcome most challenges. I have had caring mentors, whose guidance, knowledge and understanding, helped me find a life path I never imagined.   The techniques I developed and experienced were successful and others began seeking my guidance. This motivated me to turn my skills towards helping others.
